The Lady in Red

Another exhibition this weekend, with my Lady in Red (in yet another incarnation) now off to her new home with new owners.

It was a lovely opening night, with a most talented Harpist providing the evenings’ music.

The Harp itself was a work of art. It must be so confsuing to play, all those coloured strings! The concentration she held was intense.

A real Medieval atmosphere descended amongst the exhibition rooms, with such lilting, beautiful sounds.

Hope you all enjoyed your weekend!

Sounds like a wonderful time – and your lady in red had to steal the show (red always does!). I like the way she is stylized and the colors you’ve used – that green just sings!

Lady in Red is so you. I hope she did well at the exhibition. She would surely turn heads. How does the Art World of Perth compare to Cairns?

Congrats Cindy on both the exhibition and sale of your wonderful Lady in Red. I’d loved to have seen her in person, she’s luminous.

I love your diversity Cindy and the Lady in Red is fabulous – I hope you got a good price for her because I would imagine this painting would be extremely sought after :)
