My new Bouncer

No, it’s not this beautiful girl. She was newly “hatched” yesterday evening, with wings drying out, and happy to be photographed. She was quite an uplifting sight after the sadness of the past few days, so I thought I’d share her.

This is my new Bouncer:

When my face, nor the dog’s, scared my 3.45am visitor, I resorted to desperate measures.

‘Cos when you gotta go, he’s gotta go!

And he did just that, back up the S Bend, after seeing the Cat.

Does anyone else have to face such Toilet Anxiety?

i can think of far worse creatures to find in the loo. i can’t imagine him going back up the s bend poor thing but he does looks quite at ease. never a dull moment with the wildlife at your place that’s for sure. poor puss looks bewildered though. love your loo seat btw. very spesh. lol

Its better than a red back spider. Must be honest I’d be a bit hestant to sit. You wouldn’t think frogs would like the polution down there.

I love the first photo - and the other ones are hilarious! Oh my!
I just cannot believe he’s still there. He’s one crazy critter!
I’d certainly be cautious when sitting on your loo!
    That is just amazing.

Oh, and thanks for the nice comments about my pincushions!!!

Love the cat ….Why are cats so fascinated with the loo….Ours does the same thing but we don`t have any bouncy or crawly things….

James is currently suffering toilet anxiety….

He wont flush the ‘old’ one as he hates the noise of it refilling - preferring the quick and painless short fill of the new one….which is fine unless you are having a shower at the time!

Every time I see your loo seat it reminds me of a hotel in Darwin, with barbed wire in the acrylic…gee that was a good holiday…must see if I can find some pics…..

    Hows the shops going???

Great photos Cindy….made me giggle…that is a large frog….sitting on the toilet seat would be fraught….years ago when working on Lakefield had an English visitor and heard a shriek of great volume….frogs in the toilet said the bewildered visitor sheepishly with half a dozen people gathered outside the loo…..but nothing does as much justice to the situation as your photos….I think that frog enjoys the decorations..

The dragonfly is beautiful, have not been able to photograph one as they are always too quick for me…great job

    Thankks guys for stopping by.

    I think I have a toilet phobia building up….

All is returning to normal up here, although lots of things are still not in stock in the shops - we’ll be right though!

Love the cat. Its a wonder he didnt leap in after it. Maybe your hubby might have to have a few curries to entice him away ……
