Hi,
We visit Primary Schools in South-East Queenland with a Presentation "MiniBeasts in the Classroom".
We are sure the Students from PREP to Year 4 would love to see Creatures Like These.
Could you possible supply a couple of Live Specimens for our show. (ps we will pay)

Kind Regards,
Errol and Julie

It's a very unusual Wet Seaaon up here by all accounts - we've already had a metre of rain this year, and it's only the first week of February!

All sorts of critters are out and about. I'm not sure what/when/where the next one will surprise me!

ewww.....He had it in his hands....lol....
Such funny looking critters....
Your weather has certainly been giving you a battering....Here you are with so much rain and here we are screaming out for rain....You wouldn`t believe we are in the same country....

Ah So! Its a stick insect. Thanks for the lesson. I hate the way they stick onto you when you try to remove them. They sure are big. Hope you don't start growing webbed feet with all that water. That's the tropics for you!

Doh! I should've known it was a stick insect. You're right about breeding them big!! Goodness. And how considerate of it to model for you.
You really never have any dull posts do you!!
