Hey Guys, good to see you here.

It was fun taking all the photos for the final images...the hours of neck/eye/back strain at the keyboard not so much so. Still, I hope to cut down on all the time wasted on mistakes as I learn.

Elizabeth, great to hear about your work being sold in print - you have a wonderful eye for images. Would love to see your postcard collection. I've bought postacrds from local photographers/artists from the Post Office ( a lot Photoshopped from local images of wildlife). Aus Post seems to be a great promoter.

Tim, I don't know about "realistic", but thanks. I used the term "suspension of reality" and "hyper realism" in my wolly of a report. Must get over to your blog to check out all your adventures.

Kim, That sounds great about James, don't know if I can take any credit! A new bathroom! Lucky chook you are. I was just lamenting my lack of a bath tub in this house - I am well over due for a good soak with a glass of bubbly, good book, candles, and a closed door!

Ohhh I'm jealous........you have both the time and ability to pursue your fave things......LOVE the Indy footsteps.

Just had a super long weekend away.....didnt feel the need to pull much hair out....the kidlets were suitably worn out each day....

We have been having some fantastic breakthroughs with James lately (your spell no doubt) he is trying (and continues) to eat our food (its only been 5.5years since he did this - when the Autism first showed its head).... he has also made it through a swimming class (with lots of splashing kids - he has been having his lessons alone til now)...

Holidays are almost over, then the builders arrive...boo (but I am looking forward to a nice new bathroom!

Cheers!

Hi Cindy, long time no see. Great images - very realistic, they don't look superimposed at all.

Cindy,

I love what you are doing with Photoshop...as mentioned previously is on my wish list.

I have an order for this afternoon and if you get back to my blog could you have a look at the two photos for reproduction and postcards?

I guess the last thing you need is more thinking. I like the dragon and Jez...Am a bit of a fantasy nut....

Cheers,
Elizabeth

Thanks Diane,

I have had more than enough screen time for a looong time. Both of my eyelids have developed some sort of tic, probably complaining that they haven't shut for a while!

Yes it's quite an honour to be asked to join a real working studio, but I don't think I can for a while, well at least not until semester finishes. Inspiration does love company though!

That sounds like an interesting project. I bet you'll have fun exploring it when the tasks are over and you have free time. I loved the one of Jez and the dragon. Well done. ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ sleep well.
