Doda, choosing just two WAS hard. I didn't need them though. One day I am going to sit down and count all my brushes. They have spread out into at least 5 holders now. The final count will be embarrassing...

I can't wait to see what your watercolours will be like!

Hi Janie, Yes the Curlews are loveable, but also SO Funny when they lope/run, with head, neck and tail stretched out in a long straight line.

I am thinking about oil paints now. I swore I wouldn't, but I can't help it. I'll need a 12 step programme to wean myself off art products....

Wow what wonderful sights in your own backyard.
BTW, I love brushes too. It would have been hard to choose just two!
I've recently fished out my watercolours again, so sometime soon, I'll post some doodles on my blog.

I love your back yard, it's so exotic.
The curlew family are adorable.
And I totally get your addiction, I always feel like I'm walking into Aladdin's cave when It's an art shop:)

Hey Diane, SNAP! I was just over at your blog oggling all your wonderful images. You must still be on a high after experienceing all those sights.

Is that where the saying "Pissed as a parrot" comes from?? I suppose Gin is like fermented berries?

Cheers

Uni coarses are hard work and take up a lot of time but you'll be so happy when you have finished. I still wonder at how you have time to blog. Well done! Have you ever seen the parrots drunk from gorging on fermented berries and fruit. Its hilarious.
