My growing collection of Field Guides (online ones as well) are well used! I was not familiar with the totally black butcher bird as those I see are the pied variety. I love the white cockatoo, a welcome visitor. Your painting is beautiful. I have had a relapse with illness and have been down for the count and had to fulfil commitments which I have now completed and have put in for leave so I can rest and recuperate.
