How did you find Melbourne's climate after living in the tropics? I'm actually craving for a cold day at the moment. With regards to Uni, I'm finding it such a strain timewise, especially on topics that I feel aren't quite relevant, but that I have to do. Semester break next week so time to recharge I think. Kim, oh viruses are nasty AND expensive. They can arrive from virtually anywhere as well. Tell Lauren pythons make good pets as well. Good luck with it all! Now I know your friend used a drill and varnish - I'd wondered about using hot wire. At any rate, I've been inspired by your photos and your commentary and I love your appreciation of simple pleasures! I used to live in Cairns but now I'm back in Melbourne - I really do miss the vitality and colour of the tropics. Good on you for enjoying it so much and best of luck with your art, which is wonderful!!
