Gosh, leave the computer for a couple of days and I miss all you lovely visitors! Thanks everyone for stopping by, have had a head that was just one giant aching mess. Feel a bit better now, though I'm rattling with all the headache pills.

Doda, Red Canvas needs another undercoat before the sketch - was going to do it Saturday arvo, till I hit the wall. I'm going to incorporate a white bird into it somewhere.

Elli,

You're back! How was the trip? Have been thinking about the moleskin project, and yes, count me in!

The biosphere can get rather scary here at times, it's not all cute'n'cuddly.

Elizabeth,

Thanks for the encouragement. I must admit, uni seems to be draggin this semester. Too many deadlines seem to be killing any spontenaity I'm afraid.

Diane

Wow you lucky lucky girl! I've been thinking about you and last time I checked there was no news on your blog. Will go and check in again in a minute. ONLY 500 photos? I'm disappointed!

Have a bottle of peach schnapps for me will you?

Tim,

I call that "Haemorrahage Red"!

Hi Cindy,
Having a good holiday. Great cruise from Amsterdam to Budapest. Have taken 500 photos so be prepared to be inundated when I get back. You sound as busy as ever. Good luck with your canvas. Love the red pics. We are in beautiful Switzerland but is raining today and can`t go into the Alps like we planned so going for lunch on a renovated paddle steamer on The Lake of Thun instead. Give my regards to the other bloggers. Diane

Hi Cindy,
We are having a great holiday. The river cruise from Amsterdam to Budapest was fabulous except the internet wasn`t working. We are now in beautiful Switzerland but today it is cloudy and raining and we can`t go up into the Alps like we had planned so we are going for lunch on a renovated paddle steamer on the Lake of Thun instead. I have taken 500 photos already so you will be inunindated when I return. You sound like life is as busy as ever. The red pics are beaut.

i do admit that i love coming here always - even if i actually "have no time" - you do open up a world of wonders in a way and i must say i sometimes wish i were there as well ... loved the orange-feeted bird - my goodness, you have a biosphere next to your blogosphere *g*
